That’s why we paired a striking blue named Aurora from Cosmic Wheel Creamery via Turnip Rock Farm CSA from Clear Lake, WI, with a very mild, classic Sweet Clover honey from yours truly. We like this strong (read: stinky) cheese plus mild honey strategy for most other blues, too!
