Refund & Replacement Policies

Refunds & Replacements:

If you have received your order and find that a jar has broken in transit or the honey is sour, please let us know within 20 days— simply email us at webstore@amesfarm.com with a description and picture of the problem. We will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange at no cost to you if product is defective.

Please note that we offer refunds within 3 days for products like honey, wax, and candles, and 3-4 weeks for nuc purchases. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and you will receive email confirmation.

A note on raw honey:

Have you received a jar of honey and were surprised to see it crystallized (hard)? Since our speciality is raw honey, most honey we sell has already or will eventually crystallize at different rates, depending on variety. Take a look at our blog post on the subject for more information.
