What’s the #cheesebuzz today? It’s a very creamy pairing of Minnesota-grown Blue Earth Brie from Alemar Cheese Company from Mankato and our single source raw buckwheat honey. Since Alemar's Brie is a soft, bloomy cheese with just enough tang, we dressed it up with a very dark flavor with tones of plum and tobacco courtesy of this raw late-season honey.
