Pure, Powerful, and Family-Sized – Raw Wildflower Honey in a Glass Jar

Taste the difference in our Minnesota Wildflower Honey! This half-gallon jar of raw honey offers bold floral notes and full-bodied sweetness, with nothing removed or added. It’s straight from the hive, unfiltered, unpasteurized, and bursting with flavor and natural health benefits.

This size is perfect for households that use honey often, offering both quality and value in one large, eco-friendly container.

Why Choose Our Raw Wildflower Honey?

Only 15–20% of the honey consumed in the U.S. is produced here. Much of the rest is imported and sold in discount outlets with unclear labeling and unknown origins. Our Raw Wildflower Honey is made right here in Minnesota and sold directly from our family-run bee farm, no additives, no shortcuts, and full transparency.

Here’s what makes our Raw Wildflower Honey a favorite:

  • Raw & Unheated – Preserves the natural enzymes, pollen, and nutrients with no heat treatment.
  • USA Made – 100% local and traceable, never imported or blended with foreign honey.
  • Versatile & Wholesome – Excellent for recipes, smoothies, toast, or natural remedies.
  • Eco-Friendly Packaging – Half-gallon glass jar is reusable, recyclable, and made to last.

Packaged in a large, sturdy glass jar that protects honey’s quality and can be reused or recycled. It’s a win for your pantry and for the environment.

How to Use Raw Wildflower Honey

This half-gallon jar offers endless uses, from health remedies to culinary inspiration.

  • As a Natural Sweetener – Add to coffee, tea, smoothies, yogurt, or oatmeal.
  • Daily Boost – Enjoy a spoonful straight from the jar for immune support or sore throat relief.
  • In Recipes – Use in baking, marinades, sauces, and homemade dressings.

How to Store and Use Raw Honey

Store raw honey at room temperature in a cool, dry spot away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration isn’t necessary and may cause it to crystallize faster.

If your honey crystallizes, it’s totally natural. Place the jar in warm water to gently return it to liquid. Avoid microwaving or overheating, which can reduce its nutritional value.

Frequently Asked Questions About Raw Wildflower Honey

Is the glass jar recyclable? bee icon

Yes! The half-gallon glass jar is fully recyclable. Simply rinse it after use and recycle it according to your local guidelines—or repurpose it for kitchen storage.

What makes honey “raw”? bee icon

Raw honey is honey that hasn’t been heated or pasteurized. It retains the natural enzymes, antioxidants, and nutrients the bees create, giving you more health benefits and fuller flavor.

Will this honey crystallize? bee icon

Yes! Natural crystallization is normal and a sign of raw purity. If needed, place the jar in warm water to gently return it to a liquid state without harming its quality.

Can I use raw honey in hot recipes? bee icon

You can! Just know that high heat may reduce some of the beneficial properties. For best results, use it in low-heat recipes or add it at the end of cooking.

Why buy from a beekeeper instead of a store? bee icon

Most store-bought honey is imported and lacks origin transparency. Buying direct from a local beekeeper ensures authenticity, supports ethical practices, and delivers the purest form of honey available.

My latest delivery of wildflower honey half-gallons

The delivery went very smoothly. I was surprised by how much more packaging (lots of crumpled brown paper, in addition to the usual bubble wrap) there was this time. I assume there have been problems with damage on other people's deliveries. I myself have never had any damage to any of my deliveries with less packaging. On the other hand, brown paper is one of the most recyclable materials there is. That's all I got.
