Because our sampler honeys are raw, unfiltered, and unheated, natural variations in texture and crystallization are expected. A jar may arrive liquid, partially crystallized, or fully crystallized depending on the variety, harvest, and storage temperature.
Crystallization is a natural characteristic of honey and does not mean the honey has gone bad. If you prefer liquid honey, gently warm the jar in warm water to soften the crystals. Avoid excessive heat or microwaving.
