Savory Spring Raw Honey 60# Pail

A 5 gallon 60# pail of our raw savory spring honey fresh from the spring of 2023. This  honey is great for making beer or mead, pairing with cheese plates and making granola.

This is raw honey which means it has not been heated and may be liquid, or partially or fully crystallized depending on the time of season. To bring raw honey back to a more liquid state, heating in a water bath is advisable and keeping the temperature at or below 100 F.
