This is honey right from bee farm at its finest, collected and made right after the summer solstice in late June here in Minnesota.. Milkweed, Sweet Clover, and Linden trees all contribute nectar to this delicately flavored honey. Enjoy this raw honey right out of the jar!

I've tried them all and this is #1

I'm from MI and I found a little jar of their false dragonhead honey in a health food store. I took it home and had some in my tea and it was just so rich and butterscotchy! I was looking at their website and saw they have single sourced honey from invasive species which I thought was so interesting as I work in the conservation field. I ordered some more and I was hooked. Now I'm having a honey themed birthday party so I literally have bought every flavor and this summer blossoms one is my top favorite. It has notes of melon it's so wonderful!!
