This is the third honey I've purchased from here and it is by far my favorite. Much richer, darker, and more caramel-y than other honeys I've tried from local farms in MN and elsewhere.

I love the taste of this honey. The fragrance of spring flower can be detected. This honey reminded me like the one I used to buy a honey that the bees harvest from high mountain flower from China. It is comparable to that rare honey.
