The first spring honey we harvest produced during the early part of the month of May in Minnesota when the apple blossoms, dandelions and a locust trees are in bloom. 

 This raw honey is light and bursting with fragrant spring notes!

I love this spring blossom honey! I have never really loved a honey before but thought I would try this one. Looked good in it’s nice glass jar and tasted delicious! Thank you for giving us a product that is good for us and good tasting.
