Refunds & Replacements 

We offer a full refund at no cost replacement within 30 days of delivery of our  products like honey, beeswax and beeswax candles purchased on this website and shipped to you and found to be defective or damaged or that you are unhappy with for any reason.

Simply email us at webstore@amesfarm.com with a description and if possible a picture of the problem. 

A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and you will receive email confirmation.

We do not refund orders delayed in transit that are not yet delivered. This includes orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses supplied by a customer.

We do understand the frustration when UPS or USPS is slow shipping an order due to weather or other unknown delays that are out of our control. 

Once the package is shipped it is the customers responsibility to communicate with the shipper via their portal and tracking number that was emailed to them in their order confirmation.

A note on raw honey:

Have you received a jar of honey and were surprised to see it crystallized (hard)? Since our specialty is raw honey, most honey we sell has already or will eventually crystallize at different rates, depending on variety. Take a look at our blog post on the subject for more information.
