Honeybees collect pollen from trees, shrubs and plants and use it as their primary source of protein, fat and minerals. You too can benefit from the vast array of vitamins and minerals found in Bee Pollen. The source of pollen change from Spring to Fall and we collect pollen every 5 days from May until mid September. The sources and hence the colors, flavors and nutritional profile changes every week or so during the season. Our Single Source Bee Pollen then is a window of that bee pollen collection season here in Minnesota. The texture of the Bee Pollen is soft and it dissolves in a fruit smoothie or on a salad.
