Returns & Exchanges Policies
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Food products like honey and gift cards cannot be returned, only beeswax items. If we determine over the phone or email that a honey product was defective we will provide you a replacement at no cost to you.
To receive a refund or exchange we prefer to resolve the issue by phone. Please call us 952.955.3348 8am-4pm CST M-F so we can discuss and correct the problem quickly. You may also reach us by email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your issue is determined to be from a defective product we will issue a refund within 3 business days.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
