Minnesota Basswood Honey Mojito

We've put a local spin on this refreshing mojito recipe using our signature, purely Minnesota-made honey—basswood! This award-winning honey comes from very fragrant blossoms of basswood (aka linden) trees that bloom in early July all over southwestern Minnesota. With its delicate minty and floral tones, basswood honey brightens up this classic cocktail and pairs oh so well with a good quality light rum.
