In late July the light honey we make from midsummer flowers and clover turns to light amber and the flavors turn grassy and more earthen.

Dozens of native prairie flower species are in bloom and the honey season is already nearing the end.

what a surprise - excellent

Added to my shopping cart at Surdyk's because we had a gift certificate.

Finally got around to trying this. OK, just honey, right?

It was awesome. I am not a honey connoisseur at all. This was unlike anything II had tasted before. Really rich flavor. Looking for this stuff nearby.

Delicious!

Hive 107-B at Maple Acres - 2020. Floral and almost a little citrusy. It's wonderful on top of my morning oatmeal.

Perfect addition to a Pizza Night!!

We love the uplifting floral taste of the Prairie Flower! Our favorite way to enjoy it is by dipping our pizza crust into honey. Perfect sweet treat to end the meal!
