Our signature product is our Single Source Honey. We define Single Source Honeyas a floral portrait taken by a single hive of honeybees in a specific location during a short time period. Each jar of our honey is a unique and special sampling of Minnesota flora in bloom that our bees collected nectar from to make our delicious raw honey.
All of our honey is raw, so this means it was not heated or processed. Raw honey is liquid when collected but will crystallize over the coming winter. Raw honey is more healthy and full of flavor then compared to mass produced honey which is cooked. Crystallized honey may be liquefied by gently warming the container in a pot of hot water or eaten in its solid form.
